Summary

The main goal is to strengthen our post-purchase communication and create better opportunities for repeat orders without overwhelming customers with too many emails. The project will involve reviewing our existing post-purchase setup, checking the timing and logic of each message, and identifying areas where the customer journey could be improved. We’d like help with areas such as follow-up timing, customer education, cross-sell opportunities, repeat-purchase messaging, and separating first-time buyers from returning customers.
