Klaviyo & Retention Specialist (Remote) About the role We're looking for a Klaviyo specialist to take the reins on our email and SMS program. You'll own retention from the ground up, building the flows and campaigns that keep customers coming back and lift lifetime value over time. What you'll own Build and refine all core flows: welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, browse abandonment, win-back, and VIP Plan a monthly campaign calendar around launches, promotions, and seasonal pushes Write copy that sounds like us and converts, and lay it out cleanly in on-brand templates Test relentlessly across subject lines, offers, timing, and CTAs Segment by behavior and lifecycle stage so the right message reaches the right person Report on the numbers that matter and act on what they tell you What you bring Real hands-on time in Klaviyo, ideally with a DTC brand Sharp copywriting instincts and a feel for what makes people buy A good eye for design and layout A working grasp of segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and deliverability Comfort with data and a habit of deciding based on results, not hunches Shopify experience is a nice bonus How we work Remote, flexible, and outcome-focused.
