Klaviyo + Shopify Email Marketing Automation Specialist Needed for Flower Shop

We are looking for an experienced Klaviyo + Shopify email marketing automation specialist to help us set up a strong email marketing system for our local flower delivery business. We run a flower shop in Miami and offer same-day flower delivery, custom bouquets, subscriptions, holiday arrangements, and special occasion flowers. We are looking for someone who can help us build a proper Klaviyo setup connected to Shopify, including email flows, customer segmentation, Shopify Flow logic, and basic retention strategy. Scope of work: * Review our current Shopify store and customer base * Connect and optimize Klaviyo with Shopify * Set up important Klaviyo flows: * Welcome Series with first-order discount * Abandoned Checkout * Abandoned Cart * Browse Abandonment * Post-Purchase Thank You * Review Request * Winback Flow * VIP / Repeat Customer Flow * Birthday / Anniversary / Special Occasion Reminder * Subscription / Weekly Flowers Flow * Help create customer segments based on: * First-time customers * Repeat customers * VIP customers * High average order value customers * Holiday buyers * Subscription customers * Local Miami customers * Help with Shopify Flow automations and customer tags if needed * Create clean, branded email templates * Write or improve basic email copy * Set up reporting so we can track email revenue and performance * Recommend a simple monthly campaign strategy for holidays and seasonal promotions Important: We are not looking for just a designer. We need someone who understands Shopify, Klaviyo, email automation, customer segmentation, and eCommerce retention marketing. Experience with flower shops, gift stores, local delivery businesses, beauty, luxury, wedding, or lifestyle brands is a big plus. Please include in your proposal: 1.
