Klaviyo Technical Specialist & Account Support

💡About Us💡 We’re a retention-focused email marketing agency working with 7–8 figure DTC brands. Our team is fast-paced, system-driven, and growing quickly. We’re looking for a dedicated operator who thrives on structure, precision, and high-output execution. 💡The Role💡 This is not a traditional client-facing Account Manager role. Instead, you’ll play a supporting but critical role for our team of four Account Managers, taking on much of the “grunt work” that slows them down. Your job will be to run the systems we create, execute prompt-based workflows, and keep production moving at speed. 💡You’ll:💡 Work primarily inside Klaviyo, handling technical setup and execution. Run Claude and AI-driven prompts to create email wireframes, revise copy/design drafts, and iterate quickly. Prepare materials for designers (wireframes, copy drafts) and review their outputs with further prompt-based revisions. Follow step-by-step processes and systems built by leadership — executing with precision and consistency. Provide operational support across multiple accounts, ensuring deadlines are hit and Account Managers stay focused on strategy and client communication. Potentially grow into a client-facing role in the future (design reviews, build reviews, or even account management). 💡What We’re Looking For💡 Strong Klaviyo technical expertise (flows, campaigns, segmentation, reporting). Agency experience — ideally mid-to-large scale, so you understand the pace, pressure, and expectations. Highly fluent spoken and written English (future client-facing opportunities may open). Comfortable working with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc) and iterating on copy/design prompts. Process-oriented and disciplined — thrives when following proven systems. Dedicated and reliable — this is a full-time, long-term role with potential for growth. 💡The Ideal Candidate💡 You’re a workhorse operator who takes pride in running tight systems. You enjoy supporting a team and making everyone’s life easier by taking care of the details. You can switch between technical execution in Klaviyo and creative iteration with AI tools. You’ve worked in agencies before and understand deadlines, client demands, and team dynamics.
