We are looking for an experienced Klaviyo and SMS marketing specialist to help set up and optimize email and SMS marketing for our Shopify store, which sells ducting and ventilation materials. What We Need: Complete Klaviyo account setup and optimization SMS marketing setup and integration Design of professional, high-converting email templates Creation of automated flows, including: Welcome Series Abandoned Cart Browse Abandonment Post-Purchase Follow-Up Win-Back Campaigns Customer Retention Flows Audience segmentation and list management Pop-up forms and lead capture setup Campaign strategy and best practice recommendations Requirements: Proven experience with Klaviyo and SMS marketing for Shopify stores Strong email design skills with examples of previous work Experience creating automated flows that generate measurable revenue Ability to provide case studies, performance metrics, or examples of successful campaigns Understanding of e-commerce customer journeys and conversion optimisation Excellent communication and ability to work independently Good experience with ai image generation and design for email flows To Apply: Please include: Examples of Klaviyo accounts you have set up.
