Job Title: Klaviyo Email Designer & Automation Specialist for Luxury Fashion Brand We are looking for an experienced Klaviyo specialist to help us create a professional, visually refined, and easy-to-manage email marketing system for our luxury resort wear and swimwear brand. The first task is urgent: we need one important email designed and set up as quickly as possible. This initial email will serve as a paid test project so we can evaluate your design quality, speed, communication, attention to detail, and understanding of our brand. If the first project is successful, we would like to continue with a larger Klaviyo setup. Initial urgent task You will create and set up one complete email in Klaviyo based on the content, direction, images, and brand assets we provide. The email must: * Look premium, elegant, feminine, and editorial * Be fully responsive on desktop and mobile * Be properly formatted and tested in Klaviyo * Follow our existing branding, fonts, colours, and visual identity * Be completed within a very short turnaround time * Be created as a reusable template where possible Please only apply if you are available to begin immediately. Potential ongoing scope After the successful completion of the first email, we would like assistance with: * Setting up and optimising our Klaviyo account * Reviewing our current lists, segments, forms, tracking, and integrations * Creating and automating essential email flows * Building reusable branded email templates * Creating modular email sections that can be easily duplicated and edited * Designing templates where we can simply replace the images, text, products, and links for future campaigns * Ensuring all emails are mobile-responsive * Testing links, discount codes, dynamic product blocks, and personalisation * Creating a consistent structure for future campaigns * Advising us on segmentation, timing, triggers, and email strategy The required flows may include: * Welcome flow * Abandoned cart flow * Browse abandonment flow * Added-to-cart flow * Post-purchase flow * Customer thank-you and follow-up emails * Win-back flow * Back-in-stock or product launch emails * Pre-order communication * VIP or returning-customer communication We do not want generic templates that look like standard e-commerce newsletters. The emails should feel distinctive, elevated, luxurious, and aligned with a premium fashion brand. The templates must also remain practical. Our team should be able to reuse them later without needing a designer every time. Ideally, we should only need to change images, text, products, links, and calls to action. Ideal candidate You should have: * Strong experience working directly inside Klaviyo * Proven experience designing premium e-commerce emails * A portfolio showing fashion, beauty, lifestyle, luxury, or similarly visual brands * Experience creating automated flows and reusable templates * Excellent attention to spacing, typography, mobile responsiveness, and visual hierarchy * A strong understanding of conversion-focused email design * The ability to work quickly without compromising quality * Clear and reliable communication Shopify and Klaviyo integration experience is strongly preferred.
