Korean Influencer Outreach Manager / Creator Partnerships (Remote Full-Time)

We are looking for a Korean-speaking Creator Partnerships Manager to help us recruit and manage content creators for a fast-growing social platform focused on the U.S. and Canadian markets. This is a long-term remote position for someone who understands Korean creator culture and enjoys building relationships with influencers, models, streamers, creators, and talent agencies. Responsibilities Find and contact potential creators through: Instagram TikTok X (Twitter) AfreecaTV Creator communities Talent agencies Modeling agencies Creator referrals Build relationships with creators and agency representatives Conduct initial interviews and onboarding calls Track outreach and recruitment results Follow up with leads consistently Help creators complete onboarding and become active on the platform Ideal Background We are especially interested in candidates with experience in: Influencer Marketing Creator Partnerships Talent Management Creator Agencies MCNs Live Streaming Industry Social Media Marketing Recruiting or Talent Acquisition Requirements Native or fluent Korean Good English communication Comfortable speaking with creators and influencers Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized and responsive during work hours Able to work independently and hit recruitment targets Compensation Monthly base salary Performance bonuses based on creator recruitment results Long-term growth opportunities To Apply Please answer the following: Have you worked with influencers, creators, streamers, or talent agencies before?
