Korean Language Tester

Grupo Noa International is looking for English-Korean experienced Interpreters. The ideal candidate must be : 1. Fluent in English and Korean 2. Must know medical terminologies. 3. Must be comfortable working remotely through a professional service contract. 4. Must be available for at least 1 or 2 hours when we have a testing (Monday to Friday) when needed. Job Responsibilities : In this role, you will support our Recruiting, Training, and QA teams by assisting with Marshallese/English language assessments and interpretation practice sessions. For Recruiting: You will help evaluate candidates during the interview process by determining whether they are qualified for the interpreter position. You will assess their English and Korean fluency, translation accuracy, and basic interpretation skills while following specific protocols and guidelines that will be provided via email. For Training: You will assist trainers during roleplay sessions and help ensure that candidates accurately translate medical, insurance, and financial terminology and scenarios. For QA: You will support coaching and improvement sessions by participating in roleplay exercises and helping interpreters practice proper interpretation protocols and communication standards. Interview assessments are usually completed within approximately 20 minutes. Training sessions generally last between 1 to 3 hours per session and may continue for approximately 3 to 5 business days depending on operational needs. Interviews may be conducted through Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet. Training and QA sessions are conducted through Microsoft Teams. Our IT team will provide you with a Microsoft Teams account to facilitate communication and scheduling. All sessions are scheduled within our business and operational hours between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. This is an on-demand position, meaning your services will be required based on the company’s active hiring needs for the Azerbaijani language program.
