Korean-Speaking Influencer Outreach Assistant — Land Brand Partnerships in Seoul
Worldwide
I'm a travel and lifestyle content creator planning a content trip to Seoul, South Korea in September/October, and I'm looking for a proactive, Korean-speaking outreach assistant to help me lock in brand partnerships before I land. This is a short, fast-paced project where the first few days matter most, so I need someone who can hit the ground running and deliver serious volume quickly. I'm not new to this — I already have 2 brands confirmed for the trip and I know exactly what I offer. What I need is someone local-fluent to scale the outreach, handle everything in Korean, and vet targets properly (especially in the beauty/clinic space). Your main job: research and reach out to Korean brands and businesses to pitch collaborations with me. I'll provide my media kit, portfolio, and talking points — you'll handle the finding, contacting, following up, vetting, and tracking. Project timeline: Start date: next week (I'll confirm the exact day with the person I hire) Duration: approximately 1 month Target: reach out to at least 500-1000 brands/businesses across email, Instagram DMs, KakaoTalk channels, and website contact forms, heavily front-loaded into the first few days What you'll be doing: - Researching and building lists of relevant Seoul-based brands and businesses to contact - Reaching out in Korean via email, Instagram DMs, KakaoTalk/Naver channels, and contact forms to pitch collaborations - Writing natural, personalized pitches in Korean based on my media kit and content - Vetting beauty/medical clinics for legitimacy before you contact them (details below — this is important to me) - Following up with businesses that don't respond - Tracking all outreach, contacts, and responses in Google Sheets - Passing warm leads and interested brands over to me to close Types of brands to target (Seoul): Beauty clinics and dermatology/aesthetic clinics, spas and wellness, skincare and cosmetics brands, shopping and retail (fashion, boutiques, department stores, K-beauty stores), restaurants and cafés, hotels and stays, tours, attractions and experiences, and lifestyle brands. ⚠️ Important — vetting beauty & medical clinics I will NOT partner with unlicensed or non-specialist clinics, and I don't want to promote procedures performed by people who aren't properly qualified. Before you add any beauty/medical clinic to my outreach list, you must screen it. A clinic only goes on the list if it passes: Board-certified specialist, not just a "skin clinic." For dermatology, confirm the doctor is a board-certified dermatologist (피부과 전문의) — look for the official red plaque from the Korean Dermatological Association and verify the specialist through the KDA site (derma.or.kr). Be aware many clinics only list "진료과목: 피부과" (dermatology as a treatment subject), which any GP can do — that is NOT the same as a board-certified specialist. For plastic/cosmetic surgery, confirm a board-certified plastic surgeon (성형외과 전문의). Registered for foreign patients. Prefer clinics registered under Korea's Medical Korea / KHIDI system for treating international patients (registration certificate should be verifiable). Registered institutions are required to carry malpractice insurance. Real doctor consultations, not sales staff. Avoid clinics where consultations are run by "coordinators"/salespeople rather than the physician (a known red flag, along with the "ghost doctor" issue). Legitimate footprint. Verifiable business registration, a real physical address, consistent reviews, and a clear online presence. I'd like you to keep a short "vetting notes" column in the tracking sheet for each clinic (specialist confirmed Y/N, registration status, source links) so I can trust the list. If you're unsure about one, flag it rather than contacting them. Tools & workflow: Google Sheets — required, for tracking all outreach, vetting notes, and results Email outreach / automation tools — to source contacts and send at volume without hurting deliverability KakaoTalk / Naver — familiarity with how Korean businesses actually prefer to be contacted is a big plus AI for drafting messages — I'd love if you use Claude (I can share my skills/instructions so the messages match my voice), but other AI tools are fine too. Messages must read as natural, native Korean — not machine-translated Canva — needed to adapt my media kit for this market when required What I'm looking for: Native or fully fluent Korean (written), plus strong written English to coordinate with me Familiarity with the Korean market, Seoul brands, and local outreach norms/etiquette Experience with influencer outreach, cold email, sales, or virtual assistance Able to evaluate whether a beauty/medical clinic is legit and licensed (see vetting section) Able to deliver high volume in the first days without dropping quality Comfortable with email automation tools, spreadsheets, social media DMs, KakaoTalk, AI writing tools, and Canva Understands email deliverability best practices (warm-up, inbox rotation) so we protect sender reputation Nice to have Experience working with UGC creators or influencers Existing relationships with, or knowledge of, Seoul beauty/hospitality/lifestyle brands Your own outreach templates, lead-sourcing methods, or sending infrastructure Experience using Claude or similar AI tools for outreach To apply Please tell me briefly (in English is fine): Your outreach experience and any results you've achieved (e.g. reply rates or partnerships landed) How you'd realistically approach reaching 500-1000+ Korean businesses How you'd verify that a beauty/dermatology clinic is legitimate and licensed before I partner with it Confirm your Korean fluency level, and share any examples of Korean outreach or brand work you've done Thank you
