Kurdish Translator (Sorani & Bahdini/Kurmanji) | Long-Term Project

We are looking for a Kurdish translator to support an ongoing project that is expected to run for several months. The initial task will involve translating a baseline survey, but additional translation work is expected throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements: • Native or near-native fluency in Kurdish • Ability to work with both Sorani and Bahdini/Kurmanji dialects • Strong written communication skills • Previous translation experience preferred • Ability to meet project deadlines and communicate regularly Project Details: • Initial translation work required this week • Ongoing support expected over the coming months • Workload will vary depending on the project stage • We currently expect up to 12 hours per week on average, although actual hours may be lower or higher depending on project needs Preferred Qualifications: • Experience translating surveys, research materials, or operational content • Familiarity with regional dialect differences • Experience working with remote teams
