Kuwait Gazette Regulatory Monitoring

Seeking a Kuwait-based legal researcher or paralegal to support our recurring regulatory monitoring of the Kuwait Official Gazette (مويلا تيوكلا / ةيمسرلا ةديرجلا). The freelancer will review each new issue as it is published and deliver a written research memo summarizing and analyzing the contents, along with a copy of the issue itself for reference.

 Deliverables:
 - A written research memo (1-2 pages, English) summarizing key new laws, decrees, and regulations
 - A copy of the issue itself (scanned pages, photos, or PDF) provided as a supporting reference

 Requirements:
 - Located in the Kuwait
- Reliable, same-day access to the Official Gazette (digital) 
- Strong written English
 - Comfortable with a recurring monthly engagement

 Engagement: monthly flat fee ($100), ongoing.
