On-Camera Hosts / Presenters IFANN POP SHOW (Pilot Episode) Production Type: Entertainment Web Series (Pilot) Roles Available: 3 On-Camera Hosts Compensation: $150–$300 USD (depending on role, experience, and responsibilities) Filming Duration: Approximately 2 hours About the Show The IFANN Pop Show is a brand-new entertainment series built around global pop culture, music, movies, celebrities, fandoms, and internet culture. Inspired by the pace and excitement of sports debate programs such as First Take, the show combines energetic discussions, entertainment games, fan interaction, and monthly pop culture highlights into one engaging production. This is not a scripted acting role. It's also not a podcast where everyone politely agrees. Instead, we're looking for hosts who can confidently express opinions, challenge each other's ideas respectfully, think quickly, and create exciting conversations that viewers will remember. The goal isn't to argue for the sake of arguing. The goal is to entertain. Episode Format The pilot episode is expected to run for approximately 2 hours and includes recurring segments such as: 🎤 The Main Debate High-energy debates on major entertainment topics. Example: Who is the true Pop GOAT of the 21st Century? Taylor Swift? Justin Bieber? Beyoncé? Rihanna? Drake? 🎮 Fan of the Month A featured fan joins the show to compete in fun games, trivia, challenges, and entertainment-based activities with the hosts. 📰 IFANN Pop Recap A fast-paced recap of the biggest entertainment stories and moments from the month. Who We're Looking For We're looking for confident personalities who enjoy discussing entertainment and aren't afraid to defend an opinion. Ideal applicants should: • Have strong on-camera presence • Think quickly during conversations • Speak naturally and confidently • Be comfortable disagreeing respectfully • Enjoy entertainment and pop culture • Have a sense of humor • Be reliable and professional Previous experience in presenting, journalism, acting, podcasting, broadcasting, content creation, hosting, or public speaking is welcomed but not required. Personality, confidence, and chemistry matter most. Production Process Shortlisted applicants will first have a short discussion with the production team. Selected hosts will then be invited into a private WhatsApp production group where we'll collaborate before filming. Inside the group we'll: • Discuss the episode topics • Share research and talking points • Assign debate positions • Coordinate schedules • Prepare for filming together We want every host to contribute ideas so that the conversations feel authentic rather than rehearsed. Compensation Pilot Episode Compensation 💰 $150–$300 USD Final compensation will depend on the role, experience, and responsibilities assigned for the pilot. Hosts selected for the pilot will receive first consideration for future paid episodes as the series grows.
