LONG TERM - Italy accountant & tax support for startup

I am looking for an italian accountant to hold the books of my Italian SRL company which is still in creation. It will be a small consultation service company, but we will be operating long term for many years to come, once the customer base is established. I need support with accounting and tax (and any other ongoing obligations). Regarding tax obligations, let us know how far you can help. Assuming my company will have first year 0 transactions and no revenue. Would you be able to give me some reduced flat offer for this yearly maintainance? I think we can manage it with a simple spreadsheet. Once volume and workload increases we can djust the pricing here. The company will have no employees.
