LRC Photo Editor for Newborn, Maternity & Family Photography

I'm looking for a long-term photo editor to join my team for my newborn, maternity, and family photography business. My budget is .50 per image, depending on experience and the quality of your work. You'll receive weekly catalogs of approximately 500–1,000 images per catalog, which will need to be culled down to around 150 final images and edited in my signature style. I will provide my Lightroom Classic (LRC) presets, and I'm looking for someone who can learn my editing style and consistently match the look and feel of the rest of my portfolio. This position is Lightroom Classic (LRC) only - no Photoshop work is required. However, you should be highly proficient with LRC and comfortable using its full range of editing tools. This includes: -Applying local adjustments with brushes, masks, and gradients when needed. -Removing minor skin blemishes or acne using the Heal/Remove tools. -Removing small background distractions or objects from the ground using Lightroom's Remove tools. -Making thoughtful adjustments to exposure, white balance, tone, color grading, HSL, curves, sharpening, noise reduction, and other Lightroom panels to create clean, natural, and consistent edits. I'm looking for someone with a strong understanding of color, lighting, skin tones, and overall image consistency- not someone who simply applies presets. Attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to maintain a cohesive editing style across an entire gallery are very important.
