Project Overview The Contractor will provide WordPress and Elementor Pro development services for the website. All work will be completed within our staging environment. The project is divided into two phases. ⸻ Phase 1 – Existing Page Migration Scope Transfer the existing HTML-based website pages into fully editable Elementor Pro pages while preserving the existing design, layout and functionality. International Policy Deliverables * Convert all listed pages into Elementor Pro. * Maintain responsive desktop and mobile layouts. * Ensure pages remain fully editable within Elementor. * Preserve existing styling and branding. * Complete all work within our staging environment. ⸻ Phase 2 – Dynamic Content System Scope Design and build the dynamic content structure for the website. Deliverables Market Intelligence Reports Create: * One dynamic Summary Report template * One dynamic Full Report template Requirements include: * Dynamic population of report content * Unique Summary URL for each city * Unique Full Report URL for each city * Integration point for embedded Cashflow Portal HTML form on the Summary page * Architecture that supports approximately 25+ market reports with future expansion Content Management System Create four custom content types: * Market Intelligence Reports * Investor Perspectives (Articles) * Longview 60 (Video Reels) * Education The CMS should be designed to allow easy creation, editing and publishing of future content through the WordPress admin. ⸻ Hours & Compensation * Hourly Rate: $20.00/hour * Total Authorized Budget: 30 hours Initial Evaluation Period The engagement will begin with an initial allocation of 10 hours starting with the homepage including header, navigation and footer and then additional pages. The purpose of Phase 1 is to allow both parties to evaluate communication, quality of work, efficiency and overall fit before proceeding with the remaining project. Upon satisfactory completion of the initial 10-hour engagement, the Client intends to continue the project for the remaining authorized hours, subject to mutual agreement. ⸻ Schedule * Start Date: July 24, 2026 * Total timeframe target: 3–5 calendar days ⸻ Communication * Communication will take place through Zoom. * Screen-sharing sessions may be scheduled as needed to review requirements and completed work. * Questions or clarification requests should be raised promptly to avoid delays. ⸻ Acceptance Work will be considered complete when the agreed deliverables have been implemented in the staging environment and reviewed by the Client. Any requested revisions that fall within the agreed scope will be completed before final acceptance.
