LaTeX Stylesheet for Cybersecurity Report

Summary

I write reports about security vulnerabilities in software, and I deliver these reports (confidentially) to the engineers who make that software. Currently, these reports look like plain LaTeX "article" documents. I use minted for source code highlighting, but otherwise there is no color. I do not have a clear idea in mind about what I should do, and am willing to listen to guidance from an expert. I just know that the current documents look a little informal.
