Landing Page, Booking System & Client Portal for Premium Dog Training Business

I'm looking for an experienced web designer/developer (or small team) to build the digital platform for my new business, Confident Dog Training. The project will be completed in two phases. Phase 1 involves designing and developing a premium, high-converting landing page where prospective clients can learn about our services, book a 15-minute discovery call, complete a client intake form, and purchase training programs online (including recurring subscriptions). The goal is to create a seamless customer journey from enquiry through to booking and payment. Phase 2 will expand the platform into a client portal/web application where clients can manage bookings, access training videos and resources, communicate with their trainer, make payments, track their progress, and, in the future, purchase products and online training courses. I'm looking for someone who can recommend the best technology stack and overall solution rather than simply building to a fixed specification.
