Job Title: Landing Page & Ad Creative Designer (Direct Response) — Full-Time, Long-Term Salary: $1000 - $2000 USD/month (depending on experience & fit) Type: Full-time, exclusive Hours: Full-time UK hours (GMT) — this is a hard requirement About us We're a UK-based performance marketing agency running paid advertising (mainly Meta) for clients in the financial services space. We generate leads, and our results live or die on two things: landing pages and ad creative. We're hiring a designer to own both — producing high-converting landing pages and high-volume static ad creative. This is not a brand design role. We care about conversion, not decoration. If you get excited about a landing page that lifts conversion rate or a hook that lowers cost-per-lead, you'll fit in well here. What you'll do Design and build high-converting landing pages — this is the core of the role and our most important need. We need someone genuinely strong here, not someone who dabbles. Produce static ad creative for Meta campaigns — multiple variations per brief, fast turnaround Work directly with our media buyer: he sets the angles and testing roadmap, you execute the creative and pages at volume Iterate quickly based on performance feedback — winners get refined, losers get replaced Maintain consistent quality across multiple client accounts Design our clients educational brochures / pdfs What we need from you Exceptional landing page design and build skills — this is non-negotiable. Show us pages you've designed that were built to convert. Strong static ad creative skills for paid social Strong technical design ability (Figma essential) An understanding of direct-response principles — hooks, angles, layout, why one page or ad beats another Speed and the ability to handle volume without quality dropping Excellent written English and the ability to take feedback without ego Reliable full-time availability on UK hours Bonus points Experience designing landing pages and ad creative for paid social (Meta/Google) in an agency Familiarity with page builders / funnel tools (e.g. GoHighLevel, Unbounce, Webflow, Instapage) Any experience with financial services or lead-generation clients Experience in the paid media space (this role can progress into a more paid media heavy role) To apply Send the following — applications without these will be ignored: Your portfolio, with at least 2-3 landing pages you've designed (tell us how each performed if you know) plus examples of ad creative The word "CONVERT" at the top of your message so we know you read this One sentence on why you think one landing page outperforms another
