Landing Page Designer & Developer Needed

I'm looking for an experienced designer/developer to create a modern, high-converting landing page for our nonprofit news and media initiative. We already have an existing website, but we're looking to create a landing page that better communicates our mission, builds credibility, and encourages visitors to take action. The landing page should have a fresh, polished look while staying consistent with our overall brand. The goal is to guide visitors toward actions such as subscribing, becoming a contributor, supporting our work, or getting involved in the community. I'm looking for someone who can handle both the design and development. You should have a strong eye for modern design and understand how to structure a landing page that keeps visitors engaged and improves conversions.
