Landing page leads into GHL + email fix + call tracking

Current setup: WordPress on WP Engine (calijustice.com). Landing page uses Contact Form 7 (form name "landing page form"). Submissions are stored on-site with the Flamingo plugin. The site's outgoing email (wp_mail) is not delivering at all. Client has a GoHighLevel account. Tasks: 1. Set up call tracking first. Get a dedicated GHL LC Phone number (with A2P registration), forwarding to the firm's main office line, with call recording on. Put this tracking number on the landing page in place of the current phone number, so calls from the ads are counted and recorded. This same number is used in the auto replies below. 2. Connect the form to GHL. Use the "Webhook for Contact Form 7" plugin pointed at a GHL inbound webhook workflow (if premium triggers aren't enabled, bridge with Make.com). Field mapping: name [text-904], email [email-986], phone [tel-853]. Put accident type [menu-268] and the qualifying radio answers into a contact note or custom fields. 3. In GHL: create/update the contact, tag "landing-page-lead", create an opportunity in a "Leads" pipeline (New Lead / Contacted / Consult Booked / Retained / Lost), and send an internal notification (email + mobile app push) on every new lead to the email address the client provides. 4. Fix site email. Install WP Mail SMTP and connect the Google mailer using a calijustice.com Google Workspace mailbox (the domain's SPF only authorizes Google, so it must send through Google). Update the CF7 From address to that mailbox. Verify the lead notification email and the auto reply to leads both deliver to inbox. 5. Auto reply to every lead on submission, via email and SMS from the GHL tracking number. Use this exact copy, with [TRACKING NUMBER] being the number from task 1: Email subject: Cali Justice | We received your case evaluation request Email body: Hi [first name], thanks for reaching out to Cali Justice Injury Lawyers. We received your request and one of our experienced attorneys will contact you shortly for your free, no-obligation case evaluation. We may call from a number you don't recognize, so please pick up. Need us right away? Call [TRACKING NUMBER]. SMS: Cali Justice Injury Lawyers: we received your case evaluation request. One of our attorneys will call you shortly, possibly from an unfamiliar number, so please answer. Urgent? Call [TRACKING NUMBER]. Reply STOP to opt out. 6. Test everything end to end with a real submission and a real call to the tracking number, and demo it to the client. Do not remove: the existing Contact Form 7 form, the Flamingo storage, or the GTM container on the page. Ad conversion tracking depends on the current form staying in place.
