Freelance Data Research & Landlord Lead Generation Specialist (UK) We are looking for a reliable and experienced freelancer to help us identify and compile high-quality landlord data from publicly available online sources across the UK. This is an ongoing opportunity for the right person, starting with a target of approximately 200 verified landlord records per week during the first month. Following a successful trial period, we expect to continue the relationship on a longer-term basis. Responsibilities Research and identify UK landlords using publicly available sources. Extract accurate landlord information, including: Landlord name Correspondence or registered address Telephone number (where publicly available) Email address (where available) Verify data to ensure it is accurate and up to date. Deliver clean, well-organised spreadsheets in the agreed format. Maintain a high level of data accuracy and attention to detail. Important Requirements This project is focused solely on individual and larger private landlords. Please do not include: Small independent estate or letting agents. Local estate agencies. Property management companies. We are sourcing estate and letting agencies through a separate acquisition project, so they should not form part of this dataset. Ideal Candidate The successful applicant will have: Proven experience in UK data research or lead generation. Experience with web research and data scraping from publicly available sources. A strong understanding of the UK property sector. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. The ability to work independently and meet weekly targets. Good communication skills. Deliverables Approximately 200 verified landlord records per week during the initial one-month trial. Data supplied in Excel or Google Sheets. Duplicate records removed. Clearly labelled columns for all collected information. If the quality of work is high, this has the potential to become an ongoing project with increased volumes.
