I’m looking for a Landscape Architect or experienced California residential landscape permit-set designer to turn conceptual landscape and hardscape drawings into a permit-ready drawing set for a residential property in Anaheim, CA. I have: - Conceptual landscape/hardscape drawings - Property survey - HOA approval documentation - Existing builder-installed drainage information - Civil PE will be hired separately unless you already have a qualified civil partner Project includes approximately: - 4,700 sf new driveway/hardscape - Pickleball court - Basketball half-court / concrete play area - Putting green - Water feature/pond - Perimeter walls, fencing, gates - Landscape and irrigation - Total new hardscape approximately 8,400 sf Landscape / hardscape / irrigation scope: - Landscape plan - Hardscape layout and dimensions - Planting plan and plant schedule - MWELO-compliant irrigation plan - Wall, fence, gate, and feature details - Hardscape construction details - Material specifications - Coordination with Civil PE for grading/drainage - Permit-ready PDF and CAD/DWG deliverables - Plan-check revisions Requirements: - CA Landscape Architect license preferred but not required if you have strong California residential permit/MWELO experience - Prior California residential permit-set experience - MWELO-compliant irrigation plan experience required - Able to coordinate with Civil PE and respond to plan-check corrections I am open to either: 1. A fixed-fee proposal for the full landscape/hardscape/irrigation scope, or 2. A paid Phase 1 review to confirm scope, required sheets/details, and final fee.
