Landscape Designer Needed – Shade Garden Redesign (3-Phase Project, Bid Per Phase)

Project Overview We're redesigning a ~350 m² shade garden under six mature beech trees in Germany. We already have a precise coordinate survey (trees, reference points, existing terrace, existing planting island), hand-drawn concept sketches, and on-site reference photos from multiple viewpoints. This is a 3-phase project. You can bid on Phase 1 only, or on multiple/all phases if you're confident covering the full scope. Please state clearly which phase(s) your bid covers. Phase 1 – Structural Site Plan Turn our survey and sketches into a clean, scaled top-down plan: bed outlines, path layout, lawn edge line, existing terrace, existing trees, and other existing features. No planting or irrigation design in this phase. Phase 2 – Planting Plan Based on the structural plan and a species/zone concept we'll provide (shade-tolerant perennials, ferns, groundcovers, structural shrubs), produce a detailed planting plan with placement, spacing, and quantities. Phase 3 – Irrigation Plan Layout for a subsurface drip irrigation system (Rain Bird XFS) split into water-need zones/circuits, including line routing, spacing, and a materials list. Deliverables Scaled top-down plans (vector or PDF) for each phase, consistent across phases.
