Seeking an experienced landscape architect/designer to create a master landscape plan for a luxury Fort Lauderdale vacation rental (Zone 10b), including optimal placement of a new pergola, hot tub, and fire pit. Scope: three loose concept directions, a full master plan developed from the winning concept (planting layout, hardscape, privacy screening, lighting plan, irrigation updates), 2–3 photorealistic renderings (primary backyard view in day and night), and a 3-phase implementation plan ordered by ROI. Property has mature palms, canopy trees, pool, and white privacy wall — enhance, don't replace. Survey, measurements, photos, and drone imagery provided. Deliver PDF plan set plus editable CAD/SketchUp files. Cost proposals welcome, itemized by deliverable.
