We need a landscape designer to turn real property photos into simple, realistic planting designs our clients can approve before we start a job. What the work looks like: We send you a photo of the property along with rough notes on what we want (plant types, where things go, the general idea) You turn that into a clean visual showing real plant material placed in the photo, not cartoon or clip art style images Most designs need to come back within 24 to 48 hours It does not need to be perfect. It needs to give the homeowner a clear, realistic idea of what their yard will look like Some jobs will need one or two rounds of revisions based on our notes Software we would like you to be comfortable with, one or more of the following: PRO Landscape Realtime Landscaping Architect or Pro iScape SketchUp, if the job involves patios, walls, or other hardscape To apply, please include: What kind of landscape software do you use? Two to three samples of photo based landscape designs you have done, before and after Which software you use Your typical turnaround time per design Your rate per design (we prefer a flat rate per design since job size varies, but let us know your hourly rate if that is how you price) We are looking for someone reliable who can become a regular part of our process, not a one-time project.
