Landscape drafting for a small villa

We're looking for an experienced landscape draftsperson to assist with the detailed drafting of a small villa landscape project. The landscape concept was previously developed, but the design has since changed significantly. The selected freelancer will need to review the existing architectural drawings, understand the current site conditions and built structure, and translate our updated hand sketches into a comprehensive set of technical drawings. Scope of Work: * Review the existing villa and landscape drawings. * Understand the existing structure and site constraints. * Develop a detailed landscape plan based on our sketches and direction. * Prepare detailed boundary wall drawings. * Coordinate the landscape drawings with the existing architectural plans. * Deliver clean, accurate AutoCAD drawings ready for construction documentation. Requirements: * Strong experience in landscape drafting and detailing. * Excellent AutoCAD skills. * Ability to interpret conceptual sketches and develop buildable technical drawings. * Good understanding of hardscape, levels, and landscape construction details. * Attention to detail and ability to follow design intent.
