Summary

redesign an existing residential landscape plan. We already have the original design, site photos, and a list of revisions. We need a clean, buildable, and cost-effective landscape plan, including a revised layout, planting plan, plant schedule, hardscape plan, construction details, material takeoff, and 4–6 realistic 3D renderings. The final deliverables should include editable CAD/SketchUp files and a professional PDF presentation. This project is intended to establish a long-term relationship for future residential landscape designs
