Laravel Developer for EMS Charting System Integration

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Laravel developer to create an EMS Charting system based on the NEMSIS 3.5 standard found here - https://nemsis.org/media/nemsis_v3/release-3.5.0/DataDictionary/PDFHTML/EMSDEMSTATE/index.html. The system will integrate with our existing Laravel 11 setup and require Bluetooth connectivity for syncing vital signs and EKGs from EMS Defibrillators. The system will generate reports using DomPDF and connect to US state and federal data ingestion services for data uploads.

Deliverables

Develop EMS Charting system based on NEMSIS 3.5
Provide feature that allows EMS to connect with remote physicians for telemedicine consult using Twilio sdk.
Store encrypted data in remote Postgres database at Google.
Integrate with existing Laravel 11 system
Implement Bluetooth connectivity for EMS Defibrillators
Generate reports using DomPDF
Connect to US state and federal data ingestion services
