Laravel + Vue Developer (Europe Timezone, Long-Term Contract)

I'm running a web project for a client and need a reliable developer to join me long-term. I'm currently handling everything myself and need an extra pair of hands to keep the work steady and on schedule. Stack: Laravel, Vue, MySQL What you'll do: Build and maintain features, write clean and maintainable code, fix bugs, and work with me on the database and API side. You'll be a real part of the project, not just one-off tasks. What I'm looking for: Solid hands-on experience with Laravel and Vue, comfortable with MySQL, and able to work independently once a task is clear. Good written and spoken English is important since we'll communicate often. I'm looking for someone in a European timezone so our working hours overlap well, and someone dependable who can commit for the long term. Hiring process: Before the long-term contract, I'll ask shortlisted candidates to do a small paid test task. The test pays $10 and should take about an hour. This helps me see your real coding style and how you work before we commit. Budget: In a few months, I can pay up to 1,000 dollars. but now is $500 per month, ongoing, after the test. You must be able to invest about 3 to 4 hours a day in the work. However, I offer Claude AI Premium. Under the conditions of using this, the workload is not large. The project is quite flexible, but you must be able to respond immediately to customer feedback within the working hours (between 9 AM and 6 PM).
