Large-Format Print Designer for Wall Murals

I have three completed wall mural designs that need to be professionally prepared for large-format vinyl printing. The designs are already finalized, so I do not need new concepts or a redesign. The overall composition, colours, scenery, flowers, animals, birds, gate, path, and all other visual elements must remain the same as the supplied designs. Final Dimensions Design 1: 20.5m wide × 1.8m high Design 2: 19m wide × 1.8m high Design 3: 10.5m wide × 1.8m high Scope of Work Prepare all three mural designs at their exact required dimensions and proportions Keep the supplied designs visually unchanged Professionally enhance or rebuild the artwork where necessary for large-format printing Do not simply stretch or resize the existing images Ensure the artwork remains sharp and detailed at full print size Avoid pixelation, blur, distortion, and loss of quality Maintain natural proportions of all flowers, birds, animals, and landscape elements Prepare the files according to professional large-format printing requirements Include bleed or panel allowance according to the printer’s specifications Embed all required images and assets Required Deliverables Three exact-size, high-resolution, print-ready mural files Editable source files for all three designs Print-ready PDF, TIFF, PSD/PSB, or another suitable production format JPG preview files Complete linked or embedded assets Correct colour mode and professional print setup Approval Process You will first prepare Design 1 and send me the print-ready file. I will send it to the printer for technical approval. Once the printer confirms that the dimensions, resolution, and file setup are correct, you will complete Designs 2 and 3 using the same approved process. Timeline The project should be completed within approximately 7 days, excluding any delays caused by waiting for printer feedback. In your proposal, please clearly mention: How quickly you can prepare Design 1 for printer review How long you will need to complete Designs 2 and 3 after printer approval Which editable and print-ready file formats you will provide Experience Required Please apply only if you have experience preparing murals, billboards, wall wraps, vinyl graphics, or other large-format print files.
