Lark Suite Implementation Specialist/Workspace Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Lark Suite (Lark / Feishu) Administrator to help us set up, configure, and optimize our organization's Lark workspace. This is a non-programming role focused on administrative setup, configuration, and designing efficient business processes and systems within the platform. Our goal is to fully leverage Lark as our central collaboration and productivity platform (similar to Google Workspace). We need someone who can handle both the technical administration side and the consultative solution design work to align Lark with our business needs. Scope of Work: - Initial Workspace Setup & Configuration - Set up organization structure, departments, user roles, and permissions - Configure security settings, SSO, and compliance policies - Manage user provisioning, onboarding, and offboarding processes - Enable and configure core modules (Docs, Calendar, Meetings, Approval, Tasks, Base, CRM, etc.) Solution Design & Business Process Optimization - Gather requirements from different departments and design tailored solutions - Build and optimize approval workflows, automated processes, and forms - Design efficient organizational hierarchies, permission models, and data flows - Create standardized templates, dashboards, and cross-module integrations Ongoing Administration & Support - Manage apps, features, and workspace settings - Provide training and support to team members - Monitor usage, generate reports, and recommend improvements - Troubleshoot configuration and access-related issues Required Skills & Experience: - Strong hands-on experience as a Lark Suite / Feishu Administrator - Deep knowledge of the Lark Admin Console (organization management, permissions, security, billing, etc.) - Proven ability in solution design — translating business needs into Lark workflows, approvals, and processes - Experience with no-code workflow builders, custom roles, and permission modeling - Strong understanding of SaaS administration best practices - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to create clear documentation and training materials Nice-to-Haves: - Certified Lark Administrator or similar credentials - Experience implementing Lark for mid-to-large organizations Background in HR, IT administration, or business process improvement - Familiarity with other collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.) Project Type: Hourly or fixed-price (depending on scope). This will likely start as a project-based engagement for initial setup and solution design, with potential for ongoing part-time support afterward. We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and can work independently while collaborating effectively with our team.
