Latin America B2B Outbound Sales Closer for NIKSI Memberships

NIKSI is a membership platform for construction and real-estate professionals. We are hiring up to three proven outbound B2B sales closers based in Latin America to sell paid NIKSI memberships to U.S. businesses. Our priority prospects are: • General contractors and remodeling companies • Roofing contractors • HVAC contractors • Plumbing contractors • Electrical contractors Members can access active project opportunities, professional directories and networking, business visibility, contractor tools, selected material discounts, and other plan-specific benefits. Professional plans range from $299 to $999 per month. What you will do: • Make consistent outbound calls to qualified U.S. prospects • Use our training, sales script, and CRM process • Diagnose the prospect’s need for more projects and business growth • Explain the right membership clearly, handle objections, follow up, and close paid sign-ups • Keep every contact, follow-up, and outcome accurate in the CRM Success is measured by verified paying memberships—not call volume alone. You must have: • Professional spoken English and clear phone communication • At least 2 years of successful outbound B2B sales or cold calling • Proof that you have met quotas or closed recurring-revenue, SaaS, membership, contractor, or real-estate offers • Strong follow-up discipline, ownership, and CRM accuracy • Reliable internet, a quiet calling environment, and availability during U.S. business hours • Current residence in Latin America Compensation: • $5–$50/hour depending on proven experience and performance • $250 commission for every verified paid membership sale • Long-term, contract-to-hire opportunity for consistent producers To apply, include: 1.
