Job Title Sourcing Agent needed – Find Door Closer Manufacturers in Asia (Lead List + Initial Quotes) Job Description We are a European home-goods brand (Good Time e.U., Austria) launching a hydraulic overhead door closer (EN 1154, size 2–4) for the EU market (Germany/Austria, sold via Amazon FBA). We already have a detailed RFQ (Request for Quotation) with full specs, compliance requirements (CE / EN 1154, DoP, REACH) and packaging requirements ready to send out. We are looking for an independent freelance sourcing agent (not an agency) based in Asia, who can identify potential manufacturers for this product and collect a shortlist of leads with first indicative prices. Scope of work - Search for manufacturers of hydraulic door closers (EN 1154 / CE-capable), not limited to China — please also actively include Taiwan, Vietnam, and other relevant Asian manufacturing hubs - Send our RFQ (provided) to a broad list of suitable factories - Collect responses in a structured spreadsheet: company name, location, contact person, contact details (email/WhatsApp/Alibaba profile), MOQ, first indicative unit price at our listed quantity tiers (1,000 / 2,000 / 3,000 / 5,000 / 10,000 pcs), whether they already hold EN 1154/CE certification or DoP capability, and any notes on communication quality - The more relevant leads, the better — the goal is a broad, well-organized long list, not a shortlist of 2–3 "favorites" What is explicitly NOT part of this job - No ordering, sampling, or contract negotiation — we will take over directly with the factories ourselves after receiving the list Deliverable One clean spreadsheet (Google Sheet or Excel) with all leads and first prices, delivered within the agreed timeframe. Requirements - Independent freelancer only (no agencies) - Proven experience in sourcing/procurement from Asian manufacturers (not only Alibaba — direct factory outreach experience is a plus) - Fluent English (Mandarin/Vietnamese/Chinese a plus for direct factory contact) - Organized, detail-oriented, able to deliver a clean structured list Budget & Timeline Fixed-price project, budget USD200.
