Launch Package for a Therapeutic Book Club Coaching Program

I am a licensed therapist and coach based in Chicago, IL with an established private practice. I am launching a new offering: a virtual therapeutic book club coaching program open to participants across the United States and internationally. This is a small, intimate group coaching experience where participants read a selected book together and I help them process the themes and emotions that arise. It runs as a private, out-of-pocket program, not tied to my therapy practice. What I Need: I am looking for one freelancer (or a small team that works together) who can deliver a complete launch package. Here is everything included in the project: 1. Landing Page - Add a dedicated page to my existing website for the book club. The page should include a program description, a waitlist signup form, and a clear call to action. Additionally, I will need a simple way for participants to pay for the program directly through the landing page or a linked page. Please include a recommendation for and basic setup of a payment platform suitable for coaching or group programs and integrate it into the page. 2. Email Waitlist Setup - Set up an email list platform (such as Mailchimp or ConvertKit), connect it to the landing page form, and create a simple automated welcome email that goes out when someone joins the waitlist. 3. Logo Variation - Create a small variation of my existing logo that incorporates the book club name or a subtitle, keeping it consistent with my current branding. I will provide my existing logo files. 4. Social Media Profile Setup - Create and fully set up Instagram and Facebook profiles for this program. This includes writing the bios, applying the branding, and creating an initial set of 6–10 posts to launch the pages. 5. Small Paid Social Campaign - Set up and launch a small Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaign targeting people interested in personal growth, self-help books, and therapy-adjacent content. Budget for the ads themselves will be handled separately by me — I need help with the setup, creative, copy, and targeting.
