Law Firm Client Intake Specialist / Sales Associate (Remote | Full-Time)

A law firm specializing in estate planning, probate, trust admin, and guardianship is seeking a Law Firm Client Intake Specialist for a full-time remote position. This role involves handling inbound calls, assisting prospective clients, conducting client intake, scheduling consultations, and delivering exceptional client service. The ideal candidate is compassionate, enjoys building relationships, has a sales DNA, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. A neutral to American accent is preferred. Responsibilities include: Answer inbound calls and conduct client intake. Schedule and confirm consultations. Follow up with prospective clients. Maintain accurate client records. Provide an exceptional client experience. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in intake, customer service/sales, or appointment setting experience in a call center environment. 6 months to 1 year of VA experience. Excellent English communication skills. Honest, compassionate, and client-focused. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Moderate to strong admin skills Comfortable spending most of the day on the phone. Neutral to American accent preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Professional office experience. Inbound sales experience. Experience as a Law Firm Intake Specialist. Working Conditions: Full-time, 40 hours/week. Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST.
