My client is a new lifestyle brand based in the USA. They are building consumer products at multiple factories in China and I am their sole agent responsible for purchasing, negotiation, management, and import of the orders placed. I am in search of a proficient and fluent Intellectual property Attorney located in South China to help facilitate the following: NDAs with manufacturers, Register copyrights in China. File patent when needed(We can pull in additional resources for this activity) Draft and Review Contracts with suppliers Pursue administrative and legal remedies for violations of my client's intellectual property when it occurs. We are interested in partnering with a sole proprietor or small firm operating the in South China Shenzhen area where a majority of factories are located.
