We are a fast-growing agency based in the USA that is seeking a qualified lawyer to provide legal services for our company. We work with labs overseas and do import, export of beauty products. Our clients USA based spas and beauty retailers. Duties will include: - Writing trade agreements with overseas vendors - Communicating with our team and USA partners - Reviewing and writing our client contracts There could be a possibility, for trademark and copywrite filing work.
