Lawyer for Recruiting Process in Portugal

We are seeking a qualified lawyer based in Portugal to collaborate with our recruitment team and support the hiring of international workers for Portuguese employers. The ideal candidate will have experience in Portuguese labor and immigration law, particularly with the D1 Work Visa process, and will assist in building partnerships with companies that are willing to hire foreign workers. Key Responsibilities Identify and establish relationships with Portuguese companies that are open to hiring foreign workers. Advise employers on Portuguese labor and immigration regulations. Assist with the D1 Work Visa application process, including document preparation and legal compliance. Coordinate with employers, candidates, and government authorities throughout the recruitment and visa process. Ensure all employment contracts and immigration procedures comply with Portuguese law. Provide legal guidance on work permits, residency permits, and related employment matters.
