Layout Design & 3D Rendering for 3BHK Apartment

We're looking for a skilled interior designer to create a complete layout plan and photorealistic 3D renders for our 3BHK apartment on the 16th floor. Project Scope: • Review the attached architectural floor plan and propose an optimized furniture layout for all rooms • Design interior concepts for: Master Bedroom, 2 Bedrooms, Drawing/Living Room, Dining Area, Kitchen, 3 Toilets, Balconies, and Service Room • Deliver photorealistic 3D renders (multiple angles per room) • Provide a 3D walkthrough video (optional but preferred) • Suggest material palettes, color schemes, and lighting plans Design Direction & Specific Requirements: • Earthy Vibe Throughout – The overall mood board should follow a warm, earthy aesthetic (natural tones, organic textures, wood, stone, muted greens/terracottas) • Moveable/Flexible Walls – Incorporate adjustable or moveable partition walls where possible to keep the space feeling open and airy while still allowing zones to be defined when needed • Glass-Enclosed Balcony (Master Bedroom) – Close this balcony with glass paneling to create a cozy mood-setter corner / reading nook or relaxation zone with ambient lighting • Glass-Enclosed Balcony (Drawing Room) – Close this balcony with glass to extend the living space and incorporate a dedicated study area within this enclosed balcony • Dining Area Balcony – This balcony must remain fully open (no glass enclosure) as it has an unobstructed view that we want to preserve • Other Balcony – Can remain open as well • Kitchen Balcony – Enclose with glass and design it as a functional utility space for drying and washing • Mood-Setter Corners – Design intimate, well-lit corners (especially within the glass-enclosed balcony spaces) that set the mood — think ambient lighting, plants, textured seating, or a small bar/coffee station • Study Nook – One dedicated study/work-from-home setup needs to be incorporated into the layout Key Details: • Flat type: 3BHK with 3 toilets, 3+ balconies, drawing room, dining area, kitchen, and service room • Architectural floor plan (PDF) will be shared with shortlisted candidates • Design style: Earthy, warm, and contemporary with an emphasis on open, breathable spaces Deliverables: 1. Space planning / furniture layout (2D) with moveable wall concepts 2. Mood boards for each room (earthy palette) 3. High-quality photorealistic 3D renders (minimum 2–3 views per room) 4. 3D walkthrough video (preferred) 5. Material and finish specification sheet 6. Glass enclosure design concepts for specified balconies Requirements: • Proven experience in residential interior design • Strong portfolio with 3D renders of similar apartment projects • Experience with open-plan layouts, moveable partitions, and glass enclosures • Proficiency in tools such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or equivalent • Ability to work from architectural floor plans • Good communication and willingness to iterate based on feedback
