Layout Designer to transfom a Paper into a Corporative Presentation

I need assistance with formatting and designing the layout of my Master's research paper: The paper is 100% done and contains: * First page: header * Body: 7 pages * References * Technical annexes the paper is in Spanish The complete document has 27 pages, and I need to create a corporative layout with maximum 5 pages from the 7-body-pages. The references and technical annexes also need to be formatted nicely, but they are not counted in the 5-pages-body. Everything needs to be in the same format standard. The task involves making the content visually professional by incorporating bullets, images, boxes and format… The ideal candidate should have experience in layout design and design tools for the project. The project is part-time and expected to be completed in a few days. I’ve attached a image of an example to what the paper needs to become.
