Lead Blockchain Engineer

We are building a kind of decentralized application and we need a Lead Blockchain Engineer. This is not a job where you write code. You will design the contracts create the full-stack experience and make important technical decisions that will affect the platform for a long time. You will work on all parts of the application including the on-chain logic, authentication, file processing and data storage. You will do this in a long-term collaboration where your expertise will directly impact the product. If you have already built applications made them run efficiently and can lead the technical direction without needing guidance we want to talk to you. You will be in charge of: - Creating, developing and testing efficient smart contracts in Solidity. - Designing payment and authentication systems to make the Web3 user experience smooth. - Creating the stack decentralized application. - Making technical decisions and setting standards for future team members. We are looking for someone with: - A lot of experience with Solidity, including an understanding of smart contract development, security and optimization. - Knowledge of ERC standards such as ERC-20, ERC-721 and ERC-1155 and Web3 tools like web3.js, ethers.js, Hardhat and Foundry. - Experience with full-stack development using tools like React, Next.js and Node.js. - The ability to work independently lead projects and communicate clearly.
