Lead Coordinator & Sales Support (Appointment Setting, Proposals, CRM)

Job Description: We're looking for a proactive Lead Coordinator to own our entire lead process from first contact through closing. You'll monitor all our marketing platforms, respond to every inquiry, and work the lead through to a scheduled appointment and beyond. This is a great fit for someone who's comfortable being on the phone, texting, and emailing to get people to commit, and who doesn't let leads go cold. What you'll be doing: Monitor all our marketing platforms and respond to incoming inquiries quickly Reach out via text, phone calls, and email to get appointments scheduled Prepare proposals for prospects Follow up on outstanding proposals and work to close them Enter and update all lead and client data in the CRM Keep marketing platforms updated with lead status Post content on our social media accounts (bonus if you can also create content, but not required) What we're looking for: Experience in sales support, appointment setting, or lead management Comfortable making outbound calls and following up persistently without being pushy Experience preparing proposals and following through to close deals Strong CRM data entry skills, please mention which CRMs you've used Experience with Go High Level is a big plus Basic comfort with social media posting, content creation is a bonus but not required Organized, self-motivated, and doesn't let things slip through the cracks
