Lead Digital Experience Designer

We’re looking for one person to lead the design of the EARTHY website. The strategy is complete. The architecture is locked. The brand language, communication framework and governance system are already built. This role is about translating them into a digital experience. You won’t be asked to invent a strategy or redesign the brand. You will be expected to understand the system, challenge implementation where necessary, and design every part of the experience with clarity and restraint. The work includes the complete website—from the homepage to every supporting page, responsive behaviour, interaction patterns and the design system that will guide development. You’ll work directly with the founder throughout the project. There is no agency layer between decisions and execution. We’re interested in people who know how to reduce, not add. Typography, hierarchy, spacing and interaction matter more than visual effects. If your instinct is to decorate, this project is probably not a fit. Please share three projects that best represent your work. Explain what decisions you made, not just what you designed. Also tell us how you approach a project where the strategy is already defined. This is a milestone-based engagement. If we work well together, we’d like you to stay involved through development and beyond launch.
