Lead Editor + Animation Team for New Faceless Documentary Channel (Fern / Neo / Primal Space Style)

I'm launching a new faceless YouTube documentary channel and I'm looking for a lead editor who runs a full production team — not a solo freelancer. Reference channels for style and quality bar: **Fern, Neo, Primal Space, Newsthink, Johnny Harris.** If you've worked on channels at that tier, please lead with that in your proposal. **About the channel** Animated documentary shorts, 10–20 minutes, evergreen topics (history, engineering, unsolved mysteries, weird objects and places that shouldn't exist). Voiceover is already handled on my end (ElevenLabs, then final human read where needed). Scripts are already written to a locked structural framework. Your team's job is to turn a finished script + VO into a finished video at Fern-tier quality. **What I need your team to handle** - Custom 3D animation and motion graphics (this is the core — I'm not looking for stock-footage montages) - Scene-by-scene storyboarding from script - Sound design and music selection - Color grade and final edit - Thumbnail concepts (bonus if your team includes a thumbnail designer, otherwise I can handle separately) Expect roughly 80–120 unique animated scenes per 15-minute video, similar to Primal Space's production density. **How this will work** - **Trial video first.** I'll send you a finished script and VO.
