Lead Electrical Engineer

Position Details: Job Title: Lead Electrical Engineer Location: Cincinnati, Ohio Salary Range: $140,000 – $160,000 Work Schedule: 4/10 Schedule (10-hour shifts, 4 days per week) Key Responsibilities: Develop and refine system requirements. Collaborate with customers and cross-functional engineering teams. Design ruggedized electronic systems, including circuit design and component selection. Perform simulations, circuit tolerance analysis, testing, and validation. Create test plans, execute testing, and generate detailed reports. Lead technical projects and participate in design reviews and root cause investigations. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum 9 years of relevant electrical engineering experience. Strong background in analog and digital circuit design, power electronics, and sensor integration. Experience with power supplies, converters, and simulation tools such as SPICE and MATLAB/Simulink. Proficiency with design tools including Altium and PADS. Experience creating test plans, troubleshooting with laboratory equipment, and producing technical documentation. Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. Experience with Electronic Safety and Arming Devices (ESADs) and Safety Review Board presentations is highly preferred. Travel Requirement: 5–10%
