Lead AI Engineer for Scalable SaaS Product & Automation Platform

### About Us We are building a next generation SaaS platform powered by AI and automation to help businesses streamline operations, automate workflows, and make smarter decisions. We're looking for a Lead AI Engineer who can take ownership of our AI architecture and help scale the product for long term growth. This is a long term opportunity for someone who enjoys solving real business problems with practical AI solutions rather than building simple chatbots. ### What You'll Do * Design and build AI powered features and autonomous agents * Develop scalable backend services and AI workflows * Integrate OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and other LLM providers * Build RAG pipelines, memory systems, and tool calling workflows * Design and optimize prompt engineering strategies * Integrate third party APIs and business systems * Build automation workflows for internal and customer facing operations * Work closely with product and engineering teams to define AI strategy * Ensure reliability, monitoring, and performance of production AI systems ### Tech Stack * Python * FastAPI or Django * Node.js is a plus * LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar frameworks * Vector databases and RAG architectures * PostgreSQL, Redis, Supabase * AWS or GCP * Docker and CI/CD * REST APIs and webhooks ### Requirements * 5+ years of software development experience * Strong hands on experience building production AI applications * Experience with LLM integrations and agentic workflows * Solid backend engineering skills * Experience designing scalable SaaS architectures * Strong understanding of API integrations and automation * Ability to lead technical decisions and mentor developers * Experience deploying and maintaining cloud infrastructure ### Nice to Have * Experience with MCP servers and AI tool ecosystems * Experience with voice AI platforms such as LiveKit or Vapi * Knowledge of workflow automation platforms * Experience building AI products for B2B SaaS ### What We're Looking For We want someone who thinks like a product engineer, not just an AI developer.
