Lead Gen Needed (Meta / Google Ads)

I'm looking for an experienced paid ads specialist to run lead generation campaigns for a dental practice client. The goal is to drive both direct appointment bookings and inbound leads (form fills and calls) through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. Scope of Work: Build and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns targeting local patients Build and manage Google Search/Display campaigns for the same market Focus on general dentistry services (cleanings, checkups, new patient offers) Set up lead capture (lead forms, landing pages, or booking integrations) Optimize for both appointment bookings and lead volume Provide regular performance reporting with clear KPIs (CPL, booked appointments, ROAS) What I'm Looking For: Proven experience running paid ads for dental practices or healthcare clients (required) Comfortable managing both Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads simultaneously Experience with local targeting and geo-fencing strategies Ability to write or guide ad copy and creatives Transparent reporting — I need to see what's working and what's not To Apply: Please include examples of past dental or medical lead gen campaigns, results you've achieved (CPL, volume, etc.), and your proposed monthly management structure (flat fee, % of spend, etc.).
