Lead Gen System for B2B Sales Rep

I am seeking a freelancer to build a lead gen system for a B2B market research company. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation and be able to teach me how to integrate the system effectively. The ideal candidate will know how top tier lead gen tools work and integrate and can assemble, integrate and then operate a low to no cost stack of such tools. The project involves creating a system that can efficiently manage and generate leads for my sales efforts. The ability to guide me through the integration process is essential. The job involves researching and compiling email contact info for the right leads in various categories. It's not about sending thousands of emails a month but in being selective and highly targeted. This person should also know the details and processes around warming up email accounts etc.
