Title: Lead Generation & Appointment Setter for SaaS Serving HVAC, Plumbing, Roofing & Home Service Businesses Description: We're looking for a proactive lead generation and appointment-setting specialist to help grow Job To Close, a software platform that helps service businesses capture, qualify, and route website leads automatically. Your job is simple: Find qualified home service businesses and book demo calls. Target industries include: * HVAC * Plumbing * Roofing * Electrical * Restoration * Pest Control * General Contractors Responsibilities: * Identify qualified prospects * Research company websites and contact information * Send outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, or other channels * Follow up with prospects * Book qualified demo appointments * Maintain lead tracking in our CRM or spreadsheet * Provide feedback on messaging and outreach performance Ideal Candidate: * Experience booking appointments for SaaS or B2B services * Experience selling to small and medium-sized businesses * Strong written and verbal English * Comfortable making cold calls * Self-directed and results-oriented * Experience with home service businesses is a plus Compensation: Open to: * Hourly + bonus * Per qualified appointment * Per closed sale When applying, please answer: 1.
