I’m looking for a part-time Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Assistant for Inscend. Inscend is an AI-powered decision intelligence platform that helps founder-led ecommerce brands turn Shopify, customer, sales, inventory, and operations data into clear actions instead of more dashboards. I need someone who can help me find qualified ecommerce brands, identify the founder or operator, prepare/send outreach, follow up, and help book qualified discovery calls. The focus is on founder-led Shopify/ecommerce brands in: * Beauty * Skincare * Haircare * Wellness * Personal care * CPG * Pet wellness * Apparel * Home goods Responsibilities: * Find qualified Shopify/ecommerce brands * Check if the company has an active website/store * Find founder/operator name and contact details * Find LinkedIn, Instagram, or email where possible * Add clean leads into a Google Sheet/CRM * Prepare or send personalized outreach messages * Track follow-ups * Help book qualified discovery calls * Send daily updates on progress Please do not apply if your approach is only scraping random emails. I care more about quality than volume. A qualified lead means: * Founder/operator of a real product brand * Uses Shopify or likely uses Shopify * Has an active ecommerce store * Has real products/customers * Fits beauty, wellness, personal care, CPG, pet, apparel, home goods, or a similar category This is not a full sales closing role. I need help with lead sourcing, outreach, follow-up, and appointment setting. I will attend the calls myself. To apply, please answer: 1. Send one example of a brand you think would be a good fit for Inscend. Include company name, website, founder/contact if available, and why they fit. 4. Write a short first outreach message you would send to that founder. 5. What would you track daily in the CRM or Google Sheet? This will start as a small 2-week trial. Budget: $7–$10/hour 5 hours per week to start If the trial goes well, this can become ongoing. The main goal is not just more leads. The goal is qualified founder conversations.
